When will you ship my order?

Orders ship between 1-2 business days of the order date (unless otherwise noted on the website). Orders placed during the week-end will be shipped the following Monday. When your order ship you receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship outside the US for a flat rate of $15. Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery of International economy packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, Sunday in color accepts returns for store credit or refund on items that are unworn, undamaged, with tags. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us at hello[at]sundayincolor.com within 14 days of purchase to obtain refund or exchange authorization.

Where is my order?

USA orders take usually 2 days to 5 days to arrive. Sometimes postal facility service disruptions happen due to weather-related and other natural disasters or events.
For International orders, please note that the first option “First Class” does not include tracking. Once we deliver the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise and we cannot provide refunds if your items are lost.

When will this product be back in stock?

Because Sunday in color is focused on rare and handmade items, quantity for each item is often limited. Some of our brands produced handcrafted products that can take 3 to 4 months to arrive to our shop. So, if you fall in love with something don't wait too long!
